The ring you ordered is made to order and will be shipped within 3–5 weeks after full payment is received. Some complex designs or special cuts may require more than one month for production. Once shipped, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days.

If the center stone needs replacement, the cost of the center stone and labor fee will be charged. - 0–90 Days (Inclusive)
One-time free resizing within 1 size
(Excludes intricate or complex band designs) - 90–365 Days (Inclusive)
Paid repair service.
Charges will apply based on repair work and any required stone replacement (center and side stones).
Important Notes: - Stone loss caused by manufacturing issues is covered within the first 30 days.
Stone loss due to wear, impact, or improper use is not covered. - All repair assessments are subject to our final evaluation.

If you need your ring sooner, you can select our Rush Order Service for an additional fee. Rush orders are prioritized in our production schedule and are typically completed about one week faster than standard orders, with an estimated production time of 2–3 weeks.
Please note that rush production only shortens the crafting time. Shipping will still use the standard shipping method unless you choose an upgraded shipping option separately.
