Customer service was incredibly helpful and thorough. They clarified all questions I had and sent me both cad drawings before it was made and photos after to ensure it was to my specifications before shipping it out. First, I swear none of this is paid for or requested by Lahela. Also, I never review anything, but my experience with them was genuinely so amazing, that I want others to know that this is the place to go. Here are the plethora of reasons that my experience with them was so amazing, in somewhat of a chronological order. First off, their designs are so beautiful. I saw one design that I thought “my girlfriend would like this, but I wish it was a little different.” And there’s just so many different designs, that precisely, I found a similar one that was perfect. Then, there’s so many customizations for the main gemstone color, size, the accent stone colors, the actual band color and material, etc.. I was also looking at different websites like CustomMade because I wanted a really pretty looking ring, but everywhere I went, the prices were ridiculously high. Here, I couldn’t believe I was getting something so amazing for such an affordable and reasonable price. Also, they respond *so* quickly. I’m a night owl so I was emailing near midnight whenever I had a question (I had so many, because I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was legit because it seemed so good to be true), and that didn’t matter. They always responded quickly and they were *so* kind and helpful and super intuitive. It’s like they’d answer your current question and your next question before you could even ask it. So, after saving up and ordering my girlfriend’s ring, I expected it to take quite a while because of the estimated times they had, and I didn’t pay for any of the rush services because I was trying to save any money I could so I could put it towards a bigger gem size. Despite that, it arrived like a week earlier than the fastest estimate possible. And only like a week or week and a half after purchasing, I was emailed a picture of the finished ring to make sure it was all good. So, finally, once it arrived, it was very safely packaged. The outside was a cardboard box, inside was a velvet box with a microfiber cloth and thank you note, and then inside that velvet box was another small velvet box which was where the ring was actually held, and they had the engagement ring separated from the wedding ring (because I ordered the 2 piece set) and both inside of little ziploc bags. They did such a great job of protecting it that I was even like “woah let me grab gloves first to take it out and see it better.” Anyway, the design was super amazing, it was just like the picture if not better, moissanite is *crazy* shinier in person than in photos, and overall the ring was just perfect. So, from step A to step Z, my experience with Lahela Jewelry was amazing. The customer service, the honesty, the quality, the price, the speed, everything about them is great. I recommend *so* *so* *so* strongly that you get your ring here.
I have a marquise moissanite engagement ring that finding a band thats not the standard and is moissanite has been tough. I stumbled upon this website per an online reccomendation and decided to take the chance. I'm so glad I did. I utilized their custom ring curvature option so that the ring would hopefully fit my engagement stone the best. Customer service was communicative and awesome. Just be sure to get your engagement ring measurements correct as that is how they'll adjust the band! They'll send you a CAD rendering for final approval before making the ring. When I received the ring, (pretty quickly too as its technically custom now) I was so happy. Its beautiful and actually sits flush with my engagement ring which I was so happy about especially since I was anticipating a bit of a gap given my stone size. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I high reccomend. If I ever need more jewelry, I will definitely look here first.

I’m absolutely in love with this mermaid-inspired necklace! The tail and shell design is so unique and beautiful — I’ve never seen anything like it before. The packaging was lovely, and it even came with a polishing cloth, which was such a nice touch.
Im genuinely surprised by how nice this necklace was. I was worried it would arrive & just be a let down. In fact, it was when I first opened the box. But that was due to lighting & packaging it was in. After I removed it from everything else(like plastic wrapping) I was shocked to see how beautiful the gem looked. And the send you pictures of the process of the product. A d it was a veey fast process for the ring to get to me around 2 weeks. And it was just stunning. Definitely would shop here in the future.
