The whole buying process was amazing. The interaction with the customer service was good. Before the begin their process they would check with you to make sure everything is up to your liking. And the send you pictures of the process of the product. A d it was a veey fast process for the ring to get to me around 2 weeks. And it was just stunning. Definitely would shop here in the future. Not the best pictures but here some. Lol

I have very happy with this ring. I bought it along with another band for an engagement ring and am beyond impressed with the craftsmanship. I can’t stop staring at it and admiring it. It is so beautiful!!!

This store is LEGIT! They offer such unique rings while also keeping it professional. I fell in love with the Pink Padparadscha engagement ring, and when I saw it, I knew it was exactly what my Fiancée would love. The attention to detail, the sparkle, and the harmony on this ring is BEAUTIFUL! When we needed our ring shipped very quickly, we used the Rush Order and the ring was made and shipped in about 2 or so weeks! Fell in love with this ring the second I saw it. The sage green color of the sapphire and the cut of the stone is so unique and looks gorgeous with the sparkly Masonite/diamond and rose gold band. IF you like their products, DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THEIR LIES ABOUT EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I fell for their trap and paid to have the product shipped via FedEx, in three days after it was made. Instead they shipped it the slowest way possible through the United States Postal Service.

I ordered the pink sapphire ring and not only did it come it quick, but customer service was extremely helpful every step of the way. The ring is beautiful and I definitely would reccomend lahela in the future.
