Note: Shipping times may be impacted by public holidays, destination countries (especially addresses outside the USA or Canada), adverse weather conditions, and international couriers' operations.

Attention: Force Majeure & Shipping Liability

In rare circumstances, shipping issues may arise due to force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, or carrier operational disruptions.

Under such circumstances, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a parcel is lost or damaged as a result of the above force majeure events, we offer the following resolution options:

Remake Option
We will remake the item at no additional cost.
The customer will only be responsible for the new shipping fee, which will be calculated based on the delivery destination.

No Remake Option
If you choose not to proceed with a remake, we will assume 50% responsibility and issue a refund of 50% of the product price (excluding shipping fees).
The remaining amount may be claimed directly from the shipping carrier by the customer.

We will assist by providing relevant documentation if required for carrier claims.

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure to provide a valid mobile phone number during checkout.
Orders that cannot be successfully delivered due to an incorrect or missing mobile number are not eligible for compensation.
