If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, it will be shipped once all items are completed.

8.1 Resolution Options

8.1.1 Remake Option

We will remake the item at no additional cost. Customers will only need to cover the new shipping fee.

8.1.2 Partial Refund Option

If you prefer not to proceed with a remake, we can offer:

  • 70% refund of the product price
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We will also assist you in filing a carrier claim if needed.
