Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you.

1.2 Ready-to-Ship Items
These items are already completed and ready for dispatch.
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days

4. Order Priority
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, it will be shipped once all items are completed.
If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us in advance. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may not be eligible for compensation if delivery fails.

8.1 Resolution Options
8.1.1 Remake Option
We will remake the item at no additional cost. Customers will only need to cover the new shipping fee.
8.1.2 Partial Refund Option
If you prefer not to proceed with a remake, we can offer:
- 70% refund of the product price
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
We will also assist you in filing a carrier claim if needed.
