What ring size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Size Chart. The best way it getting it measured in a local jewelry store.

What if the ring is too large or small? Can do resizing?

We offer free ring resize service within 90 days of purchase if your ring doesn‘t fit, but it will be best if you could get the correct ring size because resizing a ring will hurt the ring's durabilty one way or another. We recommend that you confirm the ring size to minimize modifications. However, we do offer a free resize for each ring if the difference is within 1 ring size (that is to say we can only size up 1 size the most or size down 1 size) .

Warm reminder: Half eternity rings can be resized but Full Eternity Rings and Platinum Rings cannot. It is highly recommended that double confirm the ring size and metal type you purchased.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we'd be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for free. You can add the engraving when you place an order.

Can I change a different center stone?

Are Lahela Jewelry's Gemstones Ethically Sourced?

Yes, we acquire all our gemstones from an ethically minded laboratory within the country, ensuring responsible sourcing practices.

Ordering

Are installment payment options or financing available?

Please let us know how many installments you want to make, then we can create a link to pay. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. And the first payment can't less than $100. Once half of the installments are paid, we will start the ring production, and once all the installments are paid, we will send out the ring. All of our rings are 100% handmade, so it usually takes us about 2-3 weeks to make your ring. If you like to get the ring before a certain date, it will be the best if you pay up all the installments 1 month prior to the date.

How long does it take to receive the ring?

All of our rings are made to order and 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 2-3 weeks. After the ring is completed, we will send you pictures for your confirmation to avoid the appearance of the ring not meeting your expectations. After you confirm it, we will ship out as soon as possible, and then we will send you the tracking info.

Can I cancel my order?

All the orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for free. All the ring are made to order and 100% hand-made, so once the production begins, we will charge $100 / ring for cancellations.

How is my order packaged? 

We utilize secure, discreet packaging materials. Inside, you'll discover Lahela Jewelry's beautifully branded gift packaging, perfect for gifting or storing your items.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is the shipping policy?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming receipt by our fulfillment team. Upon fulfillment, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking details. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

All items are custom-made for each customer, so kindly allow 2-3 weeks for shipping post-purchase. For added security, all rings are shipped with tracking, insurance, and require a signature upon delivery.

For international shipments, customers are accountable for any applicable customs or duties taxes.

Do you offer warranty?

At Lahela Jewelry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece of jewelry we offer. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence, we proudly back the quality of our products with the following warranty policy:

We provide repairs and resizing (within 1 size up or down) within 90 days of purchase, as well as correction of any manufacturing defects.

However, please note that our manufacturing warranty does not cover:

- Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools or hot tubs, or bathing.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as worn or bent prongs, or the subsequent loss of gemstones.
- Theft or loss of the ring.

It's important to understand that all fine jewelry may be affected by regular use, activities, or accidents. This is particularly true for rings, as hands are actively engaged and subjected to daily pressure. Over time, precious metals, especially prongs, may wear down and may require maintenance work as part of routine care. Our manufacturing warranty does not extend to cover wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. It also does not cover damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the jewelry.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world(except Germany). Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I return/exchange my ring?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of shipment from our facility.

Prior to returning any items, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US FIRST (via email: lahelajewelry@gmail.com) for instructions. All returns must be sent to the correct address( send email to ask for it). Refunds will be issued, excluding shipping and restocking fees. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed if we are not contacted before the item is shipped.

Returned products must be in pristine condition, showing no signs of wear, marks, scratches, or damage.

Our return policy does not apply to custom orders, engraved items, or items damaged after receipt.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your jewelry, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you ship with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Can I track my order? 

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation containing shipping details and order-tracking information. You'll receive updates throughout the transportation process, keeping you informed at each stage. Additionally, you can check the shipping status by visiting your order status page.

How do I best care and maintain my new jewelry purchase?

  2. Avoid Chemicals: Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using household cleaners, as harsh chemicals can damage gemstones and metals.
  3. Clean Regularly: Clean jewelry regularly using a soft cloth or a jewelry polishing cloth to remove oils, dirt, and fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, gently scrubbing with a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.
  4. Be Gentle: Handle jewelry with care, avoiding sudden impacts or bending of delicate components.
  5. Check Settings: Periodically inspect settings and clasps to ensure they're secure. Loose settings can lead to lost stones, so have them repaired promptly if needed.
  6. Avoid Abrasives: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes on delicate gemstones and metals, as they can cause scratching or damage.
  7. Professional Maintenance: For complex repairs or deep cleaning, consider taking your jewelry to a professional jeweler who specializes in jewelry maintenance and repair.
