PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: service@lahelajewelry.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them.
A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.
The Restocking Fees
Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. And the picture of the items you received is needed.
Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, full eternity rings and items broken or damaged after receipt.
The refund will be refunded within 1-3 days after our after-sales staff receives the return package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
At Lahela Jewelry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece of jewelry we offer. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence, we proudly back the quality of our products with the following warranty policy:
We provide repairs and resizing (within 1 size up or down) within 90 days of purchase, as well as correction of any manufacturing defects.
However, please note that our manufacturing warranty does not cover:
- Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools or hot tubs, or bathing.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as worn or bent prongs, or the subsequent loss of gemstones.
- Theft or loss of the ring.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
It's important to understand that all fine jewelry may be affected by regular use, activities, or accidents. This is particularly true for rings, as hands are actively engaged and subjected to daily pressure. Over time, precious metals, especially prongs, may wear down and may require maintenance work as part of routine care. Our manufacturing warranty does not extend to cover wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. It also does not cover damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the jewelry.
